Neurofeedback
“Neurofeedback should play a major therapeutic role
in many difficult areas.
In my opinion, if any medication
had demonstrated such a wide spectrum
of efficacy it
would be universally accepted and widely used.”

- Dr. Frank H. Duffy, Professor and Pediatric Neurologist at Harvard Medical School.

Resources you may find helpful

One of the best internet sites where you will find a good overview of Neuofeedback is at the EEG Spectrum website.
Please note the FAQ section as it reflects many questions that people find quite useful when exploring neurofeedback.

If you would like to see a very good video explanation, then I highly recommend this site prepared by Mike Cohen.  This video provides a very good overview of neurofeedback ... please enjoy.
This second video describes another form of brain training that I use in my practice which is LENS.  This video explanation by David Dubin, M.D. does an excellent job in describing the differences in the two techniques.
